Helen Dillon Freed


A Georgia native, Helen attended Emory University for both undergraduate and graduate studies. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Emory in 1978, while becoming a member of the prestigious honors societies Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Alpha Theta.

Helen then went on to pursue her law degree at Emory University School of Law, where she graduated in 1981.

Helen graduated from law school as a member of the legal-honor society Order of the Coif.

Helen is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and focuses her practice in the areas of commercial transactions, corporate law and family law.
